Session Organization

The Poster Sessions will be located on the first, second and third floors of module 7, in the Doria, Columbus and Polo Halls. They will take place each afternoon from Monday to Thursday, 23 to 26 June, from 16:00 to 18:00.

The overlap between oral presentations and the poster sessions is reduced to a minimum to allow participants to follow the full conference programme.

All contributions to the programme will have a programme code whereby the first two letters correspond to the day of presentation, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. (i.e. MO, TU, WE etc.). For posters, the third letter will be P, and the fourth letter will be either C (Columbus), P (Polo) or S (Sea), corresponding to the locations mentioned above. The code will end with three digits, 001, 002, 003, etc., corresponding to the poster board number. Programme codes will be assigned closer to the conference.

Posters should be mounted before the morning coffee break, and Poster Session Managers will be available from 08:30 to 10:00 to assist authors and give any technical assistance that may be required. While posters can be visited throughout the day, they must be manned by the presenting authors throughout the session from 16:00 to 18:00, and removed immediately after the end of the session.

Authors are reminded that no contributions are accepted for publication only. Any paper accepted for presentation, which is not presented at the conference, will be excluded from the Proceedings.
